Transparent Process

Our Export Process

A transparent 10-step journey from your first inquiry to delivery at your destination port

1

Inquiry Received

We review your product requirements

Buyer submits an inquiry with full product requirements — commodity type, quantity, grade, destination port, and payment terms. Our export team reviews every inquiry personally and acknowledges within 4 business hours. We ask clarifying questions to ensure we quote accurately.

2

Quotation Shared

Competitive pricing with full cost breakdown

We prepare a detailed Proforma Invoice covering FOB / CIF / CFR pricing, packaging specifications, HS code, lead time, and payment terms. Our pricing is transparent — no hidden charges. Quotation is delivered within 24–48 hours of inquiry.

3

Sample Dispatch

Product samples sent for buyer approval

Before committing to a bulk order, we dispatch product samples (100g–500g) via courier to the buyer's address. Samples are packed as per export standards with proper labeling. Most international buyers confirm quality within 7–10 days of receiving samples.

4

Order Confirmation

Purchase order finalization and contract signing

Buyer reviews the sample, confirms order specifications, and raises a formal Purchase Order. Both parties agree on final quantity, packaging, price, port of delivery, and payment terms. A signed Sales Contract is exchanged digitally for legal protection.

5
Critical Financial Milestone

Payment / LC Confirmation

Secure payment before production begins

This is the most critical step in the export process. Production begins ONLY after payment security is confirmed: either a 30–50% advance payment received in our bank account, OR a Letter of Credit (LC) opened in favour of Aadrika Global Exports through a reputed bank. This protects both buyer and seller.

6

Production & Packing

Quality-controlled production at certified facilities

Bulk procurement from our verified farmer network. Commodity is processed, graded, cleaned, and packed as per buyer specifications — 10kg, 25kg, 50kg PP bags or custom packaging. FSSAI, APEDA, and export-grade quality controls are applied at every stage.

7

Quality Inspection

Pre-shipment inspection and certification

Third-party quality inspection carried out at factory / warehouse level. Phytosanitary Certificate obtained from government agriculture department. FSSAI compliance verified. Lab tests for moisture, impurity, and contaminant levels. Inspection report shared with buyer prior to shipment.

8

Shipment Booking

Freight forwarder coordination and container loading

We coordinate with trusted freight forwarders to book ocean / air freight as required. Container stuffing is done under CHA supervision at JNPT Mumbai / Nhava Sheva. Seal numbers, container details, and vessel ETD are shared with the buyer for tracking.

9

Export Documentation

All export documents prepared and verified

Full documentation set prepared: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (CoO), Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading (BL) or Air Waybill (AWB), Phytosanitary Certificate, FSSAI Health Certificate, and any country-specific certificates. Original documents couriered via DHL / FedEx.

10

Delivery to Destination Port

Real-time tracking until final delivery

Shipment is tracked in real time via vessel tracking systems. Buyer is notified at every milestone — vessel departure, in-transit ETA updates, port arrival, and customs clearance status. Our team assists with any documentation queries raised by destination customs authorities.
